The first thing you will have to do is click on How can I unblock Remote Assistance?
Once you have done that a pop up page similar to the one below will appear.
Once that has appeared you will need to click the line of text saying
After you have clicked on that you should see the Windows Firewall pop up window appear as below.
On the left hand side of the pop up window click on
.A message will appear just click continue.
Next you will need to make sure that the pop up that appears next looks like the one on the RIGHT. Then click APPLY, then OK.
Once you have clicked OK you should be ok to continue with Windows Remote Assistance.
