Remote Assistance
For me to help you with any issue you have please first make
sure you have the latest copy of MSN Live Messenger installed. If you haven't
please click below to download a FREE copy.
May take several minutes depending on your internet
connection.
< Click Here to Download Windows Live Messenger Now >
Once you have downloaded and installed Windows Live Messenger you will need to create an account which is very simple.
- At the bottom of the Windows Live Messenger sign-in window, click Sign up for a Windows Live ID.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
Once you have installed and created your account, in the main
window ( see diagram 1.0 below ) you will need to left click ACTIONS - REQUEST REMOTE
ASSISTANCE. You will notice a new window will appear.
In that window you will need to type in the field which says
"Find a contact..." my address which is
gary.bray@hotmail.co.uk then click OK. A connection
should now begin.
If you already have Windows Live Messenger then you will
probably have an icon in the bottom right corner of your browser
window ( see diagram 2.0 ).
